The Beginning
Every engineer starts with one question: how do things work? For Din, that curiosity grew into something bigger — understanding how great products actually get made.
The Foundation
His career began in R&D and IoT product development. This gave him early, hands-on exposure to hardware, connectivity, and intelligent systems. From there, he moved into industrial systems, embedded electronics, and full product development — working through every stage, from design and prototyping to manufacturing and deployment.
The Problem
Along the way, he noticed a pattern. Great ideas often never reached the market — not from lack of potential, but from gaps in execution. Some teams had strong concepts but no hardware skills. Others had solid electronics but no software. Very few could bring it all together into one working product.
The Turning Point
Din saw this gap as an opportunity, not a limitation. He envisioned a company that could handle it all — one place where startups, researchers, and industries could turn ideas into real, working products without juggling multiple vendors.
The Vision Becomes Real
That vision became PROJEXELS, founded in Karachi in 2021. Every client's problem is different, so every solution should be too. That's why PROJEXELS is built on an in-house team covering every core service — electronics, embedded systems, software, and design. When a project needs expertise the team doesn't have, PROJEXELS brings in the right specialists. Either way, the client gets one complete, end-to-end solution.
Growing Further
As Din's experience grew, so did his role. He began advising startups and enterprises on hardware strategy and embedded systems reliability, and took on board-advisory roles helping hardware companies with product-market fit and technology roadmaps. This reinforced a core belief: good engineering only matters when it creates real-world impact — a belief sharpened further through the XSeed equity-free incubation program (2022–2023).
Today
As Founder & Innovation Lead, Din leads PROJEXELS with the same principle that started it all: every product must create value, inspire confidence, and improve the way people and industries work. For him, PROJEXELS is more than an engineering studio — it's where ideas become innovations, prototypes become products, and engineering creates lasting impact.
